CLUB MANAGER  -  BUDE AND NORTH CORNWALL GOLF CLUB

Founded in 1891, Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club is an 18 hole Private Members
Club located on the picturesque North Cornwall coast.

Reporting to the Captain the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day
running of the Club, management of all staff and implementation of the Committee’s policies.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a flexible approach to
working hours and be able to demonstrate:

       Excellent Management skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a
        multi-disciplined team.

       Commercial/Marketing ability to maximise the club’s potential.

       Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety legislation,
       Employment Law and other legislation relevant to a Golf Club.

       A thorough knowledge of golf, golf club operations and traditions.

       Computer literacy

       Knowledge of Bar & Catering Operations.

       Business acumen and financial literacy.

      The Club currently operates Sage Accounting, Iris Payroll,
       GCGold/Cobra for membership, handicaps and EPOS.
